What is the Dual Bay mounting bracket?

The PACH9RMB2 49er vehicle mounting bracket is designed to use with 49er brand dual position battery chargers.  Bracket includes radio bungees to secure radios into charger while driving. Add on hardwire kit to fully install the charger into the vehicle.
