The Takahashi Wide Mount Camera Adapter for Sony NEX allows the connection of Sony E mounts to the Takahashi wide mount.  When used with Sony mirrorless cameras, it ensures that the proper 56.2 mm spacing is achieved from the Takahashi wide mount connection for many reducers and flatteners.
